Apex Merit Scholarships
Our merit-based scholarships to bright students are very instrumental to encourage healthy competition among students for academic excellence. At least five percent students in every semester/trimester in each program receive Apex Merit Scholarships right from the first semester/trimester. During the academic year 2010-11, a total of 350 students received the Apex Merit Scholarships.
Career Services
Achievement of a successful career is the ultimate goal of every student. Our Career Service is always active and engaged in facilitating you to develop your career.
At Apex, we help you explore your options, prepare for the challenges of recruitment, and access opportunities that will help you get to your desired destination.
We organize a number of activities in the college including career workshops, students-corporate house interactions, student-alumni meet and individual counseling.
As a result of effective career services, our graduates have been employed in more than 100 companies and organizations spread in more than 15 countries worldwide.
Educational Testing Service, USA
Apex College is a Certified Internet –Based Test Administration Center (IBTA) of Educational Testing Service, USA since 2005. Students willing to take their TOEFL tests can register with Apex and take their internet –based tests at the college’s computer labs. Over 1,400 students have appeared in TOELF test at Apex till May 2010.
Pre-term courses
Pre-term courses are designed to help you prepare for the rigor of Apex academic programs by offering extra classes on some basic courses. These extra classes bridge the gap between the existing level of knowledge and skills of students and the required level of knowledge and skills for the program chosen by them. The pre-term courses focus on:
- Master level: Case analysis, communication skills, and analytical skills
- Bachelor level: Information technology, mathematics, communication skills and case analysis
