The Program
Affiliated to Pokhara University, the BCIS is a four year, 126 credit hour intensive program that prepares and qualifies you to launch a career in the field of information technology and management.
Introduced in 2000, this program emphasizes the application of computer systems to solve business problems. It attempts to sharpen your technical and managerial skills and develop your organizational insights to analyze, design, develop, implement and manage information systems for decision making.
Upon completion of this program, you can pursue careers as programmer, systems analyst, systems integrator, systems administrator, database administrator, software developer, network administrator, and business analyst and management trainee in any organization. It also enables you to start up your own business.
