Chairperson’s Message
I am very pleased to communicate with you once again through this website.
Apex continues to grow both in program offerings and enrollment over the past 11 years. Alongside, we have consistently enhanced the quality of education by adding to the size and the quality of the faculty and by instituting innovative mechanisms. Our much-admired tradition of personalized attention to every student continues unabated. The fact that Apex has one of the best ‘application-enrollment ratio’ among all business schools in the country speaks itself about the quality of our programs.
Students learn to respond to newer challenges, identify and seize the opportunities and discover their own talents if they are trusted and considered as partners in learning. Recognizing this fact, we have designed and launched many innovative activity-oriented student-centric talent development programs for our students to ensure their whole-hearted involvement. In fact, many of our activities and events are initiated and managed by the students themselves. This has enriched the students’ team working abilities and project management skills that are crucial for success in the career.
We prepare our students to be able to start their career as mid level managers. Moreover, we also provide them sufficient exposure and repertoire of knowledge and skill-base to rise up to top leadership positions as they progress through their career path. We feel so proud that the placement of our graduates continues to improve year after year. The Career Services Cell has been doing its best to provide counseling, career and networking supports to students. The focus is on giving students sufficient exposure, unleashing their creative capabilities and fostering entrepreneurship. In the recent past, an increasing number of our graduates have chosen to start and manage their own business ventures.
Conscious of the importance of knowledge creation and dissemination, we have started to encourage research among faculty members and students. Besides, we are also in the process of re-engineering some of our processes to ensure more efficiency and effectiveness.
